• Published - Feedback Read I spend time giving feedback and grades on the Team Exercises. This may be comments on current user stories (titles, etc.), assumptions, the planning poker procedure, etc. However, 50% of students never look at the feedback and continue to make the same mistakes on the exercises. There are even entire teams where no member looked at the feedback from the last team meeting.

  One of the main topics of this course is processes that lead to successful and predictable outcomes. For exercises, this involves:

  1. Requirements: Figuring out what is needed or required
  2. Implementation: Performing the exercises
  3. Validation: Checking the outcome, i.e., viewing feedback
  4. Return to 1
